After you have completed the Cord Cutting with the Angels
To help you to manage your sleep and get a deep restful sleep that helps you to wake up fully rested and restored physically and mentally, try this simple exercise. It only takes a minute.
After you have completed the Cord Cutting Procedure ask Archangel Michael to help you in the dreamtime. Say out loud or quietly to yourself:
“Dear Archangel Michael please be with me as I enter into the dreamtime and guide me to the highest levels of spiritual instruction and direction. I ask that while I sleep my entire body and aura be surrounded by your healing angels and that I receive deep, natural, healing and rest so that when I wake in the morning, I am fully rested, restored, renewed and at peace. Thank you.”[1]
